I don’t understand how liverpoolfc are playing recently. From the performances that i look over these past few months, i see something has changed. They don’t play like they use to anymore or is it they just running out of pace ?
when i watched the game last night, it was really disappointing for me. Benitez really should take a look with some of the players that really didn’t give any support to attack or maybe on their defence. I don’t know if they got the same determination as they have in the last season, but to tell you the truth i didn’t see it anymore.
Something must have gone wrong, and Benitez should take a look at the squad again. who play bad and who play worst. who can’t take the pressure and who can.
or maybe benitez should change the strategy of the game ? i don’t know who’s fault is this but the team should be looking at eachother and see the replay of the game.
But, there are some positive things last night that i see. Lucas is really one of the player that really improve this season, he deserve to be in the midfield beside gerrard and masherano. He is the only person who i see worth playing on the pitch last night.
What i’m affraid off is that the team’s are lacking of confidence..as we all can see, liverpool were one ahead of reading right ? and then suddenly, after they score in injury time..i know it would be liverpool who seems nervy and shaky..that is not liverpool i know. And last night performance was the lowest point of liverpool game.
Benitez keep saying, “we can still improve”. Where ?? i don’t see any improvement of their game. If they were improving, why they keep doing the same thing with the same mistakes ? why ?
They don’t have any new players to help them (before maxi came), so they should help themself right? it’s a logical think to do. Bring the youngsters to the game, maybe it will change the spirit of the game.
Liverpool is not a two man’s team, just because Torres and Gerrard are not on the picth and suddenly they lose their spirit ? that is not right ! Everyone who wear the shirt should realize that they are playing for the best TEAM IN THE HISTORY ! CHAMPION’S TEAM ! TEAM WHO HAVE WON 18 TIMES IN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE !
i always believe in them. but they should start believe in “them” too.

this is about a constructive a ‘letter’ as one written by a 5 year old trying to repeat things he’s heard his dad n mates discussing. Full of cliches, void of any real constructive comments and showing very little understanding of how a football club and team works
yes, it was a dire performance, yes the team as a whole showed a lack of drive and ambition, yes, the strength, depth and quality of the squad is questionable, but good lord, talk about stating the obvious….
Phil, you need to appreciate the fact that many LFC supporters are doing their best to write something up when English is not their native tongue.
thats a bad shout about lucas he was awful on wednesday and he cant pass a ball to safe is life.Iwas there on wednesday and i was watching the way the players were moving around the pitch and lucas,insua,babel and ngog were just not intrested in playing.All lucas does is foul and he does them in some bloody stupid places,He was taken the corners on wednesday and couldnt beat the first man and for some reason he likes to be so close to the other centre mid he needs to find space and get in to it.Aqualani will be a good player but we wont see it this season it takes about 6 months to get use to the prem but what i have saw with some of his passes have look good and he finds spaces,hes just not use to the hustle and bustle and speed of the prem and once he does he will be a good player.But back to lucas he is not good enough to were a liverpool top and doesnt have any desire because at the beginning of the season he was going back to brasil until alonso sed he wants to leave and then lucas knew that he was going to get a game because rafa’s system.Am sorry mate that was a bad shout and i have seen enough of him this season to know what am talking about.
