I am very sorry about my POOR ENGLISH of my previous opinion. SORRY. I will try to do it better next time. SORRY!!!!!!!!!

But, I will not feeling sorry about my opinion about I DON’T MISS ALONSO. I am the guy who always look forward in my life. Now, Xabi is gone, so if we keep missing him and blaming Rafa, will he come back for us? I respect you guys’ comments, but I can’t accept that somebody was attacking me using comments. We are REDS. I am very down about this. I don’t mind you guys disagree my opinion but I am not happy about some people were scolding me even attacked me about my opinion. You miss Xabi but I don’t, sorry. No matter what, You don’t like Rafa, you miss Alonso, but you are still a LIVERPOOL FAN. I back Rafa, I don’t miss Alonso, but I am still a LIVERPOOL FAN. We are same! WE ARE REDS! C’mon, it’s just my opinion, can you guys give me some RESPECT?

I am just feel SORRY about my POOR ENGLISH, so I apologize about this, but I will not regret about my opinion, I still not miss Xabi. I am LOOKING FORWARD to Aquilani.

  1. Hey kelvin i totally agree with you. what’s past is past and God Knows Xabi is past. we will always remember him with respect but it time we move ahead and trust aquilani and not bog him down with unfair comparisons with xabi. YNWA all Reds

  2. Kelvin, I think the team is missing what both Xabi and Sami brought. Xabi’s creativity in midfield has been lacking this season, but lately it’s looking like Aquilani is going to do that just fine. Sami was a great defender, but more than that he gave his heart and soul and kept the team’s spirits up. Carra took that role last game, and if he keeps it up, that hole is filled. As for Rafa, he is a moot point since the Yanks won’t pay to sack him, won’t pay to back him. YANKS OUT!

  3. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, its cool. At the end of the day, we’re all supporting the same club. But seriously, as a journalist/reporter/writer, u have to improve your english mate! Or else no one’s gonna read your articles no matter what your opinions are.

  4. well put kelvin, i miss xavi, but he’s not coming back, and aquilani looks like the man to fill his boots once he’s settled. And as for rafa, i love the fella, he’s honest, and witty, and regardless of what the papers say, we have NEVER sacked a manager mid season.

  5. Jeez, give the guy a break when it comes to his English. I bet most of the accused can’t write in Malaysian.

Whilst EOTK is a respected blog for kopites around the world, it’s not FourFourTwo Magazine. (No offense Antoine)

It’s good to hear reds opinions around the world. Although I do feel EOTK has a lack of reporting from people that physically stand on the kop on a regular basis who can tell us what the heart and the soul of LFC is thinking. The Kop. I would do it, but I think the Mrs would get pissed off at me wasting my time on something else LFC related instead of doing my CCNA qualification! :)

  6. If it’s any comfort, I don’t miss xabi and these wankers attacking you for your opinion is probably man u supporters disguised as liverpool supporters. I Think it’s brave saying that you don’t miss xabi here. Well done!!! Look forward!!!

  7. Kelvin, please do not say ‘sorry’ again! :-) You don’t have to apologize friend. You have a right to an opinion and so be it.

  8. your English isn’t that bad mate, I had no problem understanding what you meant. keep it up, your opinion is valued and practice makes perfect.

  9. Kelvin is true you don’t have to say sorry for your English. Just try to improve yourself and if you feel writing something do it. And let people do the talking.
    YNWA.

  10. Ok. Xabi just our past. For me, there’s no reason to make him as a source of our struggling session. Xabi is xabi, and liverpool is our reds, one of the most succesful club in the world ever n ever. But missing xabi for his contribution in the past is a bad idea. So thanx for xabi n go ahead REDS. YNWA

  11. I give it upto you for sticking to your opinion mate!! Coz I also think looking back and thinking of what may have been does no one no good at all. Alonso was a good player who did well in his last season for us and for that I thank him because we would have struggled to get more than half of what we got if he’d had a season like the ones he had before. I think people’s expectations of Liverpool since Rafa came have just gone through the roof, making quite a significant number of fans to be literally blinded as to the intricacies that are the modern day Liverpool Football Club. So yeah, Rafa wanted Barry t replace Alonso the 1st time since he couldn’t have them both. Last summer he still wanted both Barry and Alonso to stay but Alonso wasn’t happy about that and he left. To me that’s a sign of weakness. Was he afraid to fight for his place?? No player should be bigger than the club. That said, thanks for the memories and I wish you well….

  12. Kelvin You have a right to voice your opinion..but CRY OVER SPILT MILK????…WE have A GREAT TEAM EVEN WITHOUT HIM…and thats it..WE gotta Move on..WE all have our own opinions..but lets just KEEP ALONSO in our MEMORIES FOR BEING a WONDERFUL PLAYER FOR US..when he played..the REST IS ..as they say HISTORY..

  13. Hey Kev, cheer up ;)
If it’s any consolation, I have no problem getting your point in your previous article.

Apologies if I seem to attack/scolding you. Didn’t mean to. Sometimes our (or maybe it’s only me) opinion is affected by how our/my feeling towards the situation. In my case, your post came right after I’ve seen many people turn their back on ex-Liverpool players who said the slightest critics for Rafa. But no excuse if you’re hurt because of my words.

    YNWA, kev.

  14. We are Reds, no matter how bad is Liverpool now, without Alonso, without Sami, WE ARE STILL LIVERPOOL FANS. YNWA. And Guest1892, it’s ok, yea I was very angry but I had told myself not to angry a LIVERPOOL FANS, we are the same because WE ARE REDS. So, Guest1892, do you have facebook account? Let’s make friends!!! :)

  15. Kelvin…do not be disheartened….your english may be poor but your points come accross clear enough…i totally agree with you….we are all reds fans and we are all entitled to our own opinions…..in the end of the day we all support liverpool so thanks for taking the time to post your opinions…YNWA

  16. Your English is better than most people on here, and they speak it every day… SO…. Don’t worry mate

  17. I don’t miss Xabi and I respect your opinion. I don’t believe that Rafa can add more to LFC and thats my opinion. Do you know that LFC’s main problem is in the leadership? Both the Owners and the manager have lost it all – no chemistry, no confidence, no rythm, no spirit and the no list can go on and on because of no money. The upside is that the fans of REDS still have hope.
