Sunday 28th March 2010 Liverpool Vs Sunderland

Will you be walking to/from the match?

March is National Brain Tumour Awareness month and as part of this BT Buddies, an organisation offering information, inspiration and hope to anyone affected by a brain tumour, is holding walking events across the UK.

Just by walking your usual route to and from the match and either tweeting, or emailing BT Buddies, you could be helping us to raise awareness of brain tumours.

With the help of Empire of the Kop we want to get as many Liverpool supporters as we can to let us know the distance they walked to/from the match on the 28th March 2010.

All you need to do is:

Let us know you will be taking part by either:

Tweeting @btbuddies I’m walking for brain tumour awareness

Emailing  info@btbuddies.org.uk and just say I’m walking for brain tumour awareness

If you could let your friends/family/fellow supporters know about this ‘event’ by twitter or any other means and get them walking with you that would be great!

Then, after the match on the 28th March, all you need to do is let us know how far you walked by either:

Tweeting @btbuddies I walked *insert distance* for brain tumour awarnes

Emailing  info@btbuddies.org.uk I walked *insert distance* for brain tumour awareness

That’s it!

To find out more about BT Buddies  click here and, more information on our walking events can be found  here.

Many thanks for reading and for walking!
