So there he is. Finally. Our new manager Roy Hodgson. We’re not unguided anymore. Welcome Roy! I hope you are aware of the big challenge you’re about to face joining our club. I hope you feel proud. I hope you know what it means to become a part of the Anfield Family. I hope you know the Liverpool Way. I hope you know what the Club is standing for; what the Club means to us.
I will support you, because this says the Liverpool Way. You’re our gaffer now. You will lead us from now on. We all have to support you and we will. I hope we’ll rise again under your direction. I hope we’ll get our pride back. I hope the stomr will be soon over and the sun will finally rise again.

Good to read something that is not negative! Think he knows all the things you want him to know. Probably knows a few more things, too. Good signing! More of the kind that made us what we are/were. We don’t need any prima donna manager (Jose anyone) or folk who flocks our squad and youth set-up with players and staff from their own country (Houllier, Benítez).

I don’t think anyone needs to give Roy Hodgson advice on the task he has taken on – I am positive he knows everything about LFC,and does’n’t need the patronising advice,”I hope he knows and is aware of the ‘big challenge you are facing joining our club”. Roy Hodgson will know more about LFC and it’s history than you know! Your first paragraph is offensive towards him!
