  1. Missing, diminutive spanish football blessed with huge potential, bagfuls of skill and an eye for goal. Last seen reversing his car over Roy hodgsons cat. Any information on whereabouts would be greatly appreciated.

  2. Yes, I can’t believe Pacheco isn’t making the bench still. Very disappointing. I would have also liked to have seen Glen on the bench to maybe get deployed as winger in the 2nd half. Guess he’s still not fit.

    Come on you Reds!

  3. My oh my how do hansen, shelvey etc get a game before Pacheco? Is he injured? Has he thrown his toys out of his pram? Answers on a postcard to… Wasteing talent, anfield L4 0TH!

  4. What a disappointing display from the same team that could do no wrong against the blues.
This time the Latics changed the roles. The hounded in packs, used the flanks and passed the ball in neat triangles. To think that we scored so early in the game with another clinical finish by Torres from a Stevie pass. It looked like a rout was about to unfold. But to my dismay, I think we played 8 minutes in total of good football. We were pressured from every inch of the pitch and couldn’t make 2 passes to get out of our half. The equaliser was more than what Wigan deserved. I hoped Stevie had scored first with the goal at his mercy and that whack against the crossbar. But seriously it would have been really unfair to the home team. We looked tired, lacklustre and showed no desire to think up a win. Roy’s head looked like it was about to explode. Can you blame him? Same team but absolutely different performance. We need to win games like this. Next stop Stoke and it’s not going to be easy either. Even the subs looked tired. Been up since 3.30 am hoping that we have turned the corner. Too late to head back to bed. I think the players have to look at themselves for this result. The one good thing is that Fernando has scored again.
