Following a week of rest we travel down to Molineux to take on Wolverhampton Wanderers who were able to beat us at Anfield last month. Wolves are currently second from the bottom and have the worst defeat record in the Premier League this season. We must collect full points from this game in order to prevent us slipping further down the table.
Liverpool Academy graduate Adam Hamill will probably debut for Wolves having just signed from Barnsley.
Kenny still has to deal with Steven Gerrard’s suspension (final game) and Jamie Carragher’s injury while Milan Jovanovic is ill. I think the gaffer will play Martin Kelly in the right back position and maybe move Glen Johnson up the wing? Joe Cole should be available having played for the reserves midweek.

Antoine, you are dreaming mate. Glen on the wing? I would love to see it but not gonna happen. It will certainly be interesting to see Kenny’s lineup. I’m particularly interested to see who he throws on the wings and who supports Nando.

As much as I support Kenny, I would be gutted if Paulsen makes the lineup. I don’t understand why Aurelio isn’t playing. I would love to see Martin and Fabio in at right and left back and have Glen become our winger but it just isn’t happening. Kenny is certainly changing things up though. Who knows. Spearing and Shelvey are as likely of candidates as any to get a start.
