The last few days it has been reported that Liverpool’s £35m signing from Newcastle, Andy Carroll could make his debut on Sunday against West Ham United.
Carroll was named in Dalglish’s 24-man squad which travelled to the Czech Republic last week for Liverpool’s Europa League game against Sparta Prague. He wasn’t fit to play, but Dalglish meant that the trip was good for him.
Kenny Dalglish said: ‘We brought Andy to get amongst the boys and recognise a couple of faces.’
Carroll scored his first competitive goal for Newcastle on his first ever home start with a header against West Ham. Could the same happen on Sunday?

35£?
I thought it should be £35m.
What a great relief to hear he will be fit to play.
According to the Echo he will not play against Hammers, not even against scum :(.
Hope he can carry on the way he started the season, West Ham would be a good game to get him going, he can expect the usual, “wot a waste of money” chants but hopefully he can ram it back down their throats YNWA
