  1. Thanks for posting that so Antoine. A great example of the fluid pass and move we played in the first 40 mins. It was great to see Maxi-Kyut-Bellamy-Suarez link up.

Given the way that players like Maxi and Kyut finished last season it seems harsh on them to have lost their place because of the new players coming in.

Rory Smith from The Telegraph pointed out recently that there seems to be 2 Liverpool teams. One which plays with Maxi(Meireless)/Kuyt/Surez in a fast tempo pass move way very fluid etc and other team with Carroll/Adam/Henderson trying to be direct in a more English style. i think Lucus and Gerrard are more likely to fit into the former style.

I think its true as evidenced by the way played tonight compared to Spurs.

I’m sure KK will find the balance.

Much nicer feeling that sunday night.

  2. would be great to see him in the starting line-up against wolves this weekend and also Stevie, suarez(which needs to score to get back his unstoppable form ie: last season’s effectiveness) and with downing on the left and kuyt on the right. that’s an attacking force that is to be reckon with ! the defence will be all over the place to cope with our team ! 3. Always was a class player, i dont know why Benitez let him go, i know he had discipline problems but can you imagine if he had played alongside Torres 3 years ago? Bellamy and Torres up front would have been magnificent, anyway no point dwelling in the past. Welcome back Bellamy.

  4. I believe he was let go because of the ‘golf club’ incident, we will have to agree to disagree. Besides Benitez never played many striking partnerships together, it was usually one up front for Rafa.
