A few months ago Anne Williams created an ePetition to give her son Kevin Williams (who died in Hillsborough) his inquest under section 13 of the coroners Act, the family has all the evidence under this section but keep getting refused.
Unfortunately the ePetition expires on Thursday and it still has a long way to go. Please encourage any decent person who can sign it, to sign. Because this is British legal document only residents of the UK and British expats living around the world can sign it. This however doesn’t stop those who can’t sign it to encourage others who can sign it.
