Liverpool returned to the top of the Premier League after a 3-1 win over Crystal Palace at Anfield. Luis Suarez, Daniel Sturridge and a penalty from Steven Gerrard gave the Reds a strong lead in a dominant first half performance. Despite struggling in the 2nd period, and conceding to a Dwight Gayle header, the reds saw the game out.
