Brendan Rodgers allowed Raheem Sterling to spend some time in his native Jamaica early this January, giving the youngster a well earned break after a jam-packed first half of the season…
He’s made 28 appearances already this season, and will be totally crucial to our chances of a top four finish.
Perhaps rightly then, Sterling was left out of the squad that played AFC Wimbledon in the FA Cup, and told to recharge his batteries.
