Ibe, 19, has been in fine form this season. He started the campaign with Championship promotion hopefuls Derby County, massively aiding their Premier League bid with five goals in 24 appearances.

He was recalled by Brendan Rodgers at the start of 2015 and made a near immediate impact, playing in the right-wing back role and starring in our 13-match unbeaten run in the top flight.

The youngster made seven appearances for the Reds in all competitions, which included man-of-the-match performances against Everton and Besiktas.

Unfortunately, he limped off in the second-leg of our Europa League Last 32 tie in Istanbul and has not been seen in the match-day squad since. That was at the end of February and only now it seems is he finally ready to return!
