Italian publication La Lazio Siamo Noi, cited here in the Express, reckon that Serie A giants Lazio want to take our French centre-back Mamadou Sakho on loan.
The report suggests Lazio want to take the 25-year-old temporarily for one season, before signing him permanently next summer – should he impress significantly.
Worryingly, La Lazio Simao Noi reckon that Sakho’s agent has already met with the club – while the France international has been on tour with us in the Far East and Australia.

Injuries have affected Sakho since his summer 2013 arrival, but we think that there’s a seriously good centre-back in there, and our results with him in the side last season were much better than when Dejan Lovren played instead.
Sakho’s ferociously powerful and has all the defensive attributes needed, while his ability on the ball (while technically unconventional) is also strong.
