As has become Liverpool summer tradition it seems, Christian Benteke has been snapped in various awkward stages of the ‘lean’ after completing his £32.5m move from Aston Villa!
The powerhouse forward signed and sealed the blockbuster transfer at Melwood yesterday evening, giving his first interview and posing for photos all over our high-tech training facility!
It remains to be seen whether the Benteke signing will be our final of the summer – with left-back Lucas Digne heavily linked.
Fabio Borini and Rickie Lambert look certain to be offloaded though, and Mario Balotelli has to prove himself during pre-season if he wishes to remain a Red, too.
