And on this day in 2013, two years ago now, he displayed it perhaps more than ever – destroying Norwich singlehandedly – bagging four goals at Anfield. Two of them were Goal of the Season contenders, while the final one was a 30-yard freekick!
Whatever your feelings towards Suarez, no real football fan can fail to enjoy the performance he put on that night, which you can see in the video we’ve embedded below.
He’s now tearing up trees in Barcelona, and following his contributions throughout 2015, it’s a travesty that he’s not on the Ballon d’Or shortlist after the Catalan’s treble winning campaign and his goal a game start to 2015/16.
