As a manager, you need to be able to trust your players to keep their cool when they’re under pressure. It’s a basic feature of game management and it’s how you end up with miraculous comebacks and efficient performances.
So, imagine yourself in Klopp’s shoes, when in the 103rd minute Alberto Moreno gets in a pointless argument with Jon Walters following a Lucas foul on Crouch.
You wouldn’t be happy – and predictably, Klopp wasn’t either.

We’re not sure about Moreno’s response – he just looks the other way and pretends he hasn’t heard anything – it’s either incredibly brave or incredibly stupid, depending how you look at it.
