(Video) Roberto Firmino goal v Sunderland – Brazilian bags for Liverpool

Posted by

Liverpool finally broke through against a stubborn Sunderland defence today at Anfield through Roberto Firmino.

The Brazilian nodded in James Milner’s excellent cross from the left wing, to give us a much deserved if belated lead against Sam Allardyce’s Black Cats.

Liverpool had totally dominated possession, but had struggled to produce moments of genuine quality in the final third, much to the frustration of supporters – both in the ground and at home.
