What’s the issue with Jordan Henderson at the moment…?
The skipper returned from his lengthy injury some time ago, but despite the odd promising performance, has largely flattered to deceive.
We missed him enormously during his absence at the beginning of Jurgen Klopp’s reign, but now he’s starting – we’re still missing the real Jordan Henderson – the one whose performances and leadership earned the Liverpool captaincy.
Against Augsburg last night, many fans voiced their frustrations online, with Henderson putting in another stale showing.
We’re standing by the skipper and believe that in time he’ll prove himself a key cog in Klopp’s side. But he definitely needs to regain confidence and step up.
