Klopp picks his favourite moment from the Manchester City win, and it’s a belter

Jurgen Klopp’s best moment from Liverpool’s 3-0 Man City win wasn’t Adam Lallana’s opener, James Milner’s goal or Roberto Firmino’s lovely finish.

It wasn’t even Emre Can’s midfield pirouette or Jon Flanagan smashing Raheem Sterling in the air – it was a legendary last ditch tackle by Kolo Toure!

With the game already won, Sergio Aguero beat Dejan Lovren and seemed to be through on goal, until Toure somehow managed to get between the striker and the ball and walk out with it in the process.

It was Maldini-esque!

And it made the Liverpool manager’s night…

Toure had a very good game alongside the returning Lovren, who similarly put in a calm, composed display. With Mamadou Sakho soon to return from his head injury picked up in the League Cup Final and Martin Skrtel healthy again, it’ll be mighty interesting to see who Klopp goes with in central defence for the remainder of the campaign.
