Daniel Sturridge registered an assist and scored in the first-half of Bournemouth v Liverpool today, showing his undisputed class yet again.
The Englishman cannot get in Jurgen Klopp’s first choice XI at the moment, thanks to the superb Divock Origi, but if he carries on playing like this, the boss will have no choice but to reselect him – possibly alongside the Belgian.
Here’s what Twitter makes of his excellent outing so far.
Daniel Sturridge has scored 6 goals in his last 7 starts. World class.

Sturridge’s goal was his first from a set piece in the PL since the final day of 2013/14.

Sturridge, when fit is just pure class. Always plays with confidence, has everything you want from a striker. He’s just brilliant to watch.

Sturridge really is such a complete striker. Exceptional on the ball, wicked left foot, clever movement and very strong in the air.
