Klopp discusses the importance of religion in new German film

Jurgen Klopp has been speaking about the importance of God in his life.

In a new movie in which he worked with acclaimed filmmaker David Kadel, he reveals how he relies on God and religion for his day-to-day life – claiming that his beliefs give him the “strength and confidence” for the tasks that mat lie ahead. (via Bild).

David Alaba also starred in the film.

Our boss was impressed with the end results, saying the film looks at “how to teach values, faith, humility, and gratitude”.

Klopp has never been shy of discussing his beliefs. In an interview with BT Sport last year, he said “I believe in God.”

“But for sure, we have only this one life and we should try to make the best of it.

“That’s what I try to do. To do the best is not to enjoy each day as if it’s the last, celebrating, drinking or whatever because tomorrow could be the end.” (via Mirror)
