Video: Emre Can pulls off outrageous trick shot in Germany training

How good must Germany be if this guy can’t get a kick?

Liverpool midfielder Emre Can has yet to play a single minute at Euro 2016, where the world champions have advanced to the last four, surviving a nervy penalty shootout against Italy in the quarters.

But the 22-year-old showed no signs of ring rust in this fun training challenge with Lukas Podolski, as he scored with a shot from behind the net, showing great skill to curl the ball around the post!

He is pretty unlucky with his second effort too as it bounces back off the woodwork. This video was uploaded to the official Instagram account of the German national team this afternoon.

This is what you are missing Germany – get Can in the team against France!

The Reds favourite actually has a great chance of playing in Thursday’s semi-final because of injuries to Sami Khedira and Bastian Schweinsteiger leaving Joachim Loew with a choice to make in midfield.
