Tiago Ilori will be allowed to leave as defensive exodus continues

Tiago Ilori looks almost certain to leave Liverpool this summer.

According to the Echo, there is interest from clubs in Spain, Greece and Germany.

Ilori moved to Anfield in 2013 but never managed to establish himself in the first team. He has only played three competitive games for the club, with neither Rodgers or Klopp being convinced by his talents.

He has spent time on loan at Villa, Bordeaux, and Granada – with mixed results.

The Echo reports that Olympiakos, the Greek champions, want to bring him in – but they would prefer a loan deal. We want to sell him for around £3 million.

Eintracht Frankfurt and Freiburg are also interested, as are Granada.

He has just got back from the Olympics in Brazil, but will be allowed to get himself a move before the window closes in less than two weeks.

Luis Alberto and Mario Balotelli are also expected to leave.
