The Frenchman, who currently plies his trade for Atletico Madrid, sent out a tweet about out forward during the Europa League Final, and on Saturday – did so again!

Griezmann was particularly impressed by Sturridge’s back-heel assist for Sadio Mane’s effort, and let the world know via social media!

The assist was a thing of beauty, in truth, and if Griezmann ever fancies moving to Merseyside to play with his idol we’d be more than accommodating!
