Rhian Brewster scores a brace as England U17s thrash Germany U17s

Rhian Brewster scored twice for England U17s as the young Three Lions smashed the German U17 side 8-1.

England are currently playing in the Croatia Cup. Their win means they’ve picked up maximum points from their three games so far.

Brewster has now taken his tally for the tournament to five. He also scored hat-trick in the opening game against Croatia.

In an impressive 40 minute spell the young England side ran wild. They were 6-0 ahead five minutes before the break. Brewster’s goals were the final two of those first six.

England are next in action at the end of October. They will travel to Romania for the first qualifying round of the European Championships. They will go up against Romania, Austria, and Azerbaijan. (Echo)
