Fans are not happy about the Coutinho and Firmino news.
The two Brazilians have both been called up by Brazil for their World Cup qualifiers against Argentina and Peru next month. In theory, it’s good news — both have been in fine form this season and deserved to be recognised.
However, they will only arrive back at Anfield 24 hours before we depart to the south coast for a game against Southampton on November 19th.

They are both now major doubts for the game — a 6,000-mile round trip will take a heavy toll on their body clocks.
Here’s what fans are saying:
Coutinho and Firmino selected for Brazil’s next games. This is great..
..Until you realise they will be back 24hrs before the Saints game.?

Firmino and Coutinho are rewarded for their bright form with a call-up for Brazil. Hopefully no injuries! #LFC

So Firmino and Coutinho travel 8,000 miles, arrive on the Friday and Liverpool play at 3pm on Saturday against Southampton? Scandalous.
