After two bore draws against Utd in a week – the 0-0 in the Premier League then the 1-1 in the U23s game – we finally got one over on our bitter rivals yesterday.
Our U15 side produced a stirring comeback to beat the Old Trafford club 5-3, despite trailing 3-1 at the break.
The game was the final of the Blades Cup at Stalybridge Celtic – a competition that also included Sheffield United and Derby County.
