Ben Woodburn’s in the news again, this time for a spellbinding performance for Wales Under-19s last night.
Our 17-year-old attacker, who’s comfortable on the left of a front-three, scored twice and assisted twice in his country’s 6-2 hammering of Luxembourg.
His first goal was a beautiful freekick and his second a sumptuous curling finish, while his assists involved clever dribbling and inch-perfect passes for team-mates Nathan Broadhead – who actually is one of Everton’s most talented youngsters.
Wales Online are already calling them ‘The next Bale & Ramsey’, but Woodburn should be setting his sights much higher!
