When we were watching today’s game, there was a moment when Sunderland suddenly had a corner out of absolutely nowhere – because the pictures had cut to something else and missed the action.

Thankfully, nothing came of it, as it turns out the corner was actually given away horribly by Loris Karius.

Under no pressure, our German stopper simply passed the ball out of play!

Luckily for us, and perhaps unluckily for the stopper, the incident was shown on Danish tele, which was then uploaded to Twitter by Mikkel Bischoff, the retired centre-half!

Not the 23-year-old’s finest moment, by a long stretch…

Having said this, it’s important to note that Karius racked up his second consecutive Premier League clean-sheet today, his third in total.

All in all, he’s definitely improving following his shaky start – and it’s clear that he’s very calm and composed with the ball at his feet – which Klopp demands of his goalkeepers.
