Predicted Liverpool XI v Bournemouth: Origi leads line, Lallana returns

Here’s the side we think Jurgen Klopp will choose against Bournemouth on Sunday.

Liverpool are without Coutinho, who’s sidelined until the New year following last weekend’s ankle injury, and Daniel Sturridge – who hasn’t started training after suffering a calf injury.

He does though have Roberto Firmino and Adam Lallana available, and we expect the star attackers to start against the Cherries.

At the back, it’ll be Klopp’s regular starting defence, with Loris Karius replacing Simon Mignolet, Nathaniel Clyne and James Milner in for Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alberto Moreno at fullback, and Joel Matip and Dejan Lovren benching Lucas and Ragnar Klavan.

Jordan Henderson is an automatic selection at the base of midfield, while we reckon Lallana will come in to his left, meaning Klopp has a choice between Emre Can and Gini Wijnaldum. We reckon (for no real reason) that he’ll go for the German on the other side.

Up top, Sadio Mane and Firmino are automatic picks, with Divock Origi likely to join them having scored twice in his past two fixtures.

Not a bad side at all… But enough to down the Cherries?
