Klopp’s ambition and work ethic brilliantly shines through in Adam Lallana’s words

There is always room for improvement as far as Jurgen Klopp is concerned and it seems the players are now accustomed to the idea that settling for what they have got is not an option.

We have good reason to be excited about 2017 if Adam Lallana continues to improve. The Reds midfielder has been outstanding so far this season and has perhaps more than anyone benefited from the arrival of Klopp as manager.

His progress has been remarkable under the German and has seen him mould into one of the team’s most influential figures and one that has been largely responsible for implementing the manager’s desired style of play.

He told Liverpoolfc.com: “The minute you think you have made it or think you have pushed yourself to the limit, and there’s no more to learn, you’re going to see yourself going the wrong way.”

“Every one of our players wants to keep learning and improving, and the manager is installing that into us. If we can keep that up all season and going into next season, I’m sure we’re going to be successful.”

Klopp and his players truly only ever look ahead to the next game and very rarely does the boss overlook something that his team can improve on for the next week.

The players are so far living up to these demands which recognises how much they want it this year. Not only is Klopp continuing to get the best out of his men in terms of their ability with the ball but he is also continuing to get maximum effort from them.

The weekly improvement is fuelled by Klopp’s constant reminder of what all the hard work is going towards.
