Jurgen Klopp’s touchline celebrations are often just as entertaining and as exciting as the football Liverpool are playing on the pitch.
The German’s exuberance graced Anfield once again yesterday and accompanied an emphatic display from the players in producing the perfect response to last week’s disappointment against Leicester.
It was relief at times from the manager as much as it was joy but this came as the most recent demonstration of the fact that he cares and we love that.
A frantic Klopp on the sidelines usually and ironically suggests Liverpool aren’t doing too badly and Saturday was a reflection of that. He did not stop. A masterclass against a top six rival seems to have emerged as his thing by now with Arsenal posing as his side’s latest victims.
The celebratory bursting runs were back, as were the fist pumps. Georginio Wijnaldum’s late goal to seal a 3-1 victory also saw Klopp share a nice moment with a nearby supporter.
