Never will Reds tire of seeing Steven Gerrard strike a football with the trademark menace and posture recognisable from a mile away.
2017 has so far treated fans to a number of opportunities to see the Liverpool legend with a ball at his feet again with the latest coming thanks to a BT Sport All Stars’ match ahead of Saturday’s Champions League final. Recent outings also include March’s charity game between Liverpool legends and Real Madrid as well as a friendly between the Liverpool staff and the RAF, in which he bagged a hat-trick.
Gerrard found the top corner with a fierce strike to give supporters a refreshing reminder of just how competitive he was during his playing career.
He’s still got it! 👏

The Anfield great will be part of the BT Sport punditry team to cover the European showdown between Juventus and Real Madrid and will undoubtedly be relishing the chance to reflect on Liverpool’s famous comeback win over AC Milan in 2005.
July’s Star Sixes competition will be the next chance to see Gerrard in action as he captains England, made up of former international players, in the six-a-side tournament.
