Rb Leipzig clinched a 3-2 win over Porto in the Champions League last night and naturally, Naby Keita was the standout player.
Look up ‘all-action midfielder’ in the dictionary and you should be able to see a picture of the 22-year-old Guinean…
Keita’s actually had quite an inconsistent season for his German club, but in Europe last night, was exceptional.
Check out the statistics being shared by some Twitter accounts last night…
Not only was he winning the ball back like a man possessed, but he was dribbling, creating chances and making loads of passes too.

Annoyingly though, Rb’s win means they’re less likely to be knocked out of Europe by January, meaning they’ll have no intention of letting Keita go early.
We could have done with the midfielder this winter, but are happy to wait until the summer, knowing he’ll be ours in 2018/19.
If we can get Emre Can to extend his contract and play alongside Keita, while keeping Coutinho, we’ll be laughing!
