This makes glorious reading for a Monday morning…
A Manchester United fan has sent Twitter into overdrive by noting that Mo Salah’s 14 goals in 18 games this season means he’s already equalled Jesse Lingard’s career tally for our bitter rivals.
Lingard’s a regular England international, made his United debut in 2014 and is on higher wages than our Egyptian summer signing, as this supporter points out!

What’s more, a Chelsea fan has similarly gone viral by showing that Salah, a Stamford Bridge reject, of course, only needs four more goals to overtake Willian – the Brazilian who famously turned us down in 2013.

It’s great to see some recognition from our rivals that Salah truly is the real deal.
Salah is currently on nine Premier League goals, more than anybody else in England, and 14 in total – which is more than Romelu Lukaku, Harry Kane, Sergio Aguero et al.
It’s for this reason that he’s undoubtedly the Premier League signing of the summer.
Long may he continue his brilliant run.
