Liverpool are still keen on Bayer Leverkusen’s Julian Brandt, Calcio Insider have exclusively claimed.
They go as far to say we’re ready to part with €60m to secure the 22-year-old this summer, in fact.

Brandt recently signed a new deal with the Bundesliga club, but according to their report, this was only to get rid of the release-clause which would have allowed the wing-forward to depart the club on the cheap this summer – and now he’s penned terms which eradicated this clause – Brandt’s on the market.
We know Jurgen Klopp is a huge admirer as he was actually Liverpool’s primary target before we signed Mo Salah [Express].
This term, Brandt has scored 12 goals and assisted seven – a decent total – especially considering the variety of positions in which he can play. The Germany international is comfortable on both flanks or as a no.10, so would be the perfect rotation/replacement option for our formidable front-three: Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino.
The Fab Three is exceptional, but has very little in terms of backup should one of them pick up an injury or need a break, so an exciting arrival in this department is necessary.
Brandt fits the bill for us – and will be someone we at EOTK will pay closer attention to after the Champions League Final.
