Reds owner John W. Henry has praised Jurgen Klopp’s team and says they are heading in the right direction – adding that he thinks this season could be “special”.
Speaking after his other sports team, the Boston Red Sox, won the World Series, Henry was very positive about the Reds – just like we all are after the start the team has made.

According to the Liverpool Echo, he said: “Kiev was painful, but getting there, you could say we’re a little ahead of schedule.
“I think Jurgen has solved our defensive issues and we are really strong at the back and really strong in midfield. Everyone knows how good we are up front.
“That, as well, is a very special team and it could be a special season.”
The owners might not be at Anfield as much as we’d like, and haven’t been as vocal as they should have been at certain times, but the team is certainly going in the right direction under their guidance – let’s hope Henry is proven correct in his prediction!
