Reporter calls Liverpool fans ‘Very Naive’ in ridiculous tweet

No, Matt Spiro – you’re being very naive.

In case you hadn’t noticed, Fabinho has become a starter in Jurgen Klopp’s best team and has been sensational on every occasion throughout December…

The French football expert sent out a very unnecessary tweet today suggesting fans who think Fabinho is happy with life on Merseyside are foolish – and that suggestions he’s doing well are ‘nonsense’.

What on earth is he talking about? Perhaps his tweet would have made sense in October, but not now…

Since the beginning of November, the Brazilian has played 90 minutes on five occasions, against Arsenal, Fulham, Everton, Bournemouth and Manchester United. Like all of our midfielders, he’s been rotated, with Jurgen Klopp keen to use all of his options, which include James Milner, Jordan Henderson, Gini Wijnaldum, Naby Keita and Adam Lallana.

In fact, of those five, only Wijnaldum has played more minutes than Fabinho, so we find it odd that Spiro isn’t suggesting Hendo, Milner or Keita are ‘unhappy’.

There’s bad opinions, and then there’s just bollocks spouted to get a reaction based on zero research.
