Liverpool’s ground staff were evidently keen to play their part in Wednesday’s Premier League clash with Leicester.
A number of Reds figures were seen using the interval to clear the snow off the pitch – but only in the half Liverpool would be attacking in during the second 45 minutes.
This followed a mixed opening in which the conditions played a significant role in either sides’ efforts at both ends of the pitch.
That said, one concern remains to be how slippy it could still be in the hosts’ half, especially with Leicester piling on the pressure.
#LFC ground staff have only cleared the penalty area and around it at the end the Reds will attack this half.
This worries me – the other end was already the slippier one, and that's where Liverpool will be passing it about a lot…
