Liverpool have only just finished this season but plans are well underway for the next campaign.
With the new season just two months away, the Reds’ players will need to rest up as much as possible, before Jurgen Klopp, Pep Lijnders and the rest of the backroom team put them through their paces ready to go again as European Champions.
Liverpool have three more pre-season friendlies lined up. Potential dates are at Tranmere (July 11), Bradford (July 14) and a game against Lyon in Geneva on July 31 after tour to US is over.

The game against Tranmere, which would presumably be at Prenton Park on the other side of the River Mersey, is penned in for July 11, with a match at Bradford around three days later.

The game with Lyon would be following the US tour, where the Reds will face Borussia Dortmund (19 July), Sevilla (21 July) and Sporting Lisbon (24 July).
There was going to be a game at Tottenham’s new stadium against European opposition, but that idea was reportedly scrapped ahead of the Champions League final when Spurs were revealed as the Reds’ opponents.
There is also the Community Shield against Manchester City at Wembley which will be the weekend before the Premier League restarts.
Premier League fixtures for next season are released a week tomorrow (June 13) at 9am, and matches begin on August 10.
