Tom Hicks, the US recession is over. We are waiting

A few weeks ago Tom Hicks claimed that the construction on the new stadium at Stanley Park will being as soon as the recession is over.

Well today it was announced that the US GDP (Gross Domestic Product) grew by 3.5% last quarter indicating that the US recession is officially over.

So Mr. Hicks, when are we going to see that shovel?
