Early morning comments coming out from Rodgers on Balotelli will surely make reporters go mad. Probably not as mad as liverpool fans seems to have gone about the possibility of getting Rues but expect some speculation for us to be linked with the troublesome Italian. I personaly dont believe we will go after him because of his attitude on the pitch but it has to be said he has alot of talent. Even if he does throw it away sometimes…
The Northern Irish man also stated that he will be playing a strong team when we play Inter Milan, a win from this game will put us in the final with the possibility to play Manchester United (who are currently on 5 points.) AS Roma and Inter Milan are on 3 points.
Recent signing Origi will officially go out on loan again to Lille next season, a lot of fans see this as a confusing move since we are being heavily linked with forwards after the Remy deal through. Bony and Levezzi the main names thrown around. Nothing seems to be close at the moment for attackers where as Manquillo and Moreno seem very close with reports saying we will sign the fall backs as soon as next week. With Glen Johnson playing terrible in pre season training this will be a breath of fresh air for the Kop faithful.
What ever happens with all these friendlies and transfers Rodgers has promised to bring the old days back to Anfield promising silver ware in the future of LFC and I am pretty sure he doesn’t mean the Guinness International Cup.
Out of the new player we have signed I have seen promise. My personal favouret is calm and collective Can, he looks confotable and strong on the ball and in my opinion we have been weak in midfield for a long time so i believe this will be a major signing if the early signs are something to go by. Markovic has made me worry only playing one game but when i saw him i was also impressed with his pace and i cant wait to see him and Sterling on the same pitch running at defenders and swopping wings. Lambert hasnt impressed me as of yet for Liverpool but I was a fan of his last year and cant have a bad oppinion of someone who just looks so happy to play for us.
Lillana I think is a great talent and Lovren also but I dont really want to comment to much until i have seen them in Liverpool shirts playing alongside our team.
What ever happens we follow and hopefully next season they will make us dream again…
