The Reds academy is packed with terrific teenage talent, who could no doubt benefit from a shot at first-team football. Brendan Rodgers has used the loan market well thus far, and will surely be looking to exploit it again.

Here are five youngsters that could make the grade, and where they could go to impress:

Harry Wilson

Already a full Welsh international, despite being just 17-years-old, Wilson shot to prominence recently after scoring a wonderful solo goal against Chelsea in a youth game.

A winger with a wonderful left foot, the Echo has linked him with a move to Brighton & Hove Albion. The Championship side still have plenty to play for, as they battle relegation, while a switch would see him link up with another Reds youngster – Joao Carlos Teixeira.
