Reina recieving his Golden Glove

So, Just the other day we saw Spain play Argentina in an international friendly, and Spain lost with  a full time score of 4-1. Our man in net played the first half and saw three shots pass by him and he was truely gutted…

Many supporters have been loyal and told him to stay strong, but ive seen some liverpool fans saying he shouldnt start against Birmingham and maybe after his recent blunders, he should sit a few games to see if our new keeper will be a good signing.

Its not an easy position for Pepe to be in though, to not play a single game in the world cup, not play in many competetive matches for Spain, and then his one chance he gets is a friendly, on the other side of the world  in Argentina’s Capital he must have been tired. The time zone changes and the flights and altitude all have an affect on you as a player and one of the goals against him was because the ground was too soft and he slipped! Not his fault at all, bad quality grass I would say.

So we need to get behind our number 25, because he has saved us and kept us in the running for so many games and competitions, we should never turn our back on him! Out of all the things he could have said to Mascherana after his disgraceful departure, he had nothing bad to say at all and wished him well. Reina is a very respectful, loyal hard working man and I think we all need to stand up and sing his name on Sunday. He only deserves it for all he does for us reds.

He’s Scouse, not Spanish.

In absence of Antoine, I will try and fill in everyone with what I can find..

Rafa says Torres can be a Legend (but we knew this all along!) Click here

And Rafa backs Lucas again (Good for his confidence, I see him being a worker like Kuyt in time!!) click here

Good and Bad news: Manpoo has lost, but to Chelsea who pull even furthur away from us.. 1-0 final score  (this means we need Chelsea to draw and lose a few games since we lost to them, if we go on a winning streak, we have to beat the top four in our remaining games to secure vital points!)

We did Claim Glory in one Tournament though! Click here

Our injuries with Gerrard and Torres will both be left till monday to decide if they can feature in our next match.. Skrtle, Aurelio, El Zhar and Aquilani all will be hopefully on the bench or starting, but Rafa is worried about fitness levels still, not if they are in training…

Or Stat Attack for Tomorrow’s match: Click here

And again, Cisse tips Ngog :) He thinks Torres can help him learn and grow. If Torres is a Legend, maybe Ngog will be one too?! Click here

Another Match Preview from BBC, but this says Aurelio is doughtful.. Carragher also is suspended if anyone forgot. Click here

And finally, Rafa is Confident! “Benitez ‘very pleased’ to be at Liverpool”

Hope this makes up for Antoine’s hard work for a day!

For those of you who are feeling bad for Cohen as we continue our push to get him off Sirus and XM radio, seriously think about what your doing. Yes, at first even I felt as if taking our petition, and emails to get Cohen off FOX and lose his sponsers was harsh, but needed to be done. After getting the message from Antoine, to email Sirus and their men and women in charge, i thought a minute and said to myself, is this really the best thing? He has nearly no sponsering and is cancelled off a major TV station, is it fair? So I quickly searched the transcript and listened to him speak of our 96 brothers and sisters. That feeling of, ïs this fair” was gone and i emailed twice to each address given. I agree with Antoine (who is handelling these deffenders very well i might add) when he says to those who feel this is not right, “cohen should be living under an LA freeway”. There is no way what this scummy man has said can be pardend. He can find a job somewhere if they will hire him. Somewhere i dont need to hear him speak, maybe he can go work his local gas station who dont know about our sport, but as we all know.. LFC supporters can be found nearly everywhere. I bet even some in manchester ;)

For now, stay faithfull in the recovery of our injured players. They perform on Sunday well, and we will have momentum!
