People need to understand that most North American sports have a salary cap (NFL, NHL, NBA) the only one that doesn't I believe is baseball that is why the NY Yankee's can spend 100 of millions of dollars because they make it. In order for all teams to have a fair shot there has to be a cap, now that being said not all teams can spend up to the cap because they still don't make that much money. But it makes mostly everyone competitive and gives it a level playing field because you won't throw all your eggs in one basket. For our team we need to find somebody that is willing to put up a lot of money each and every year and for crying out loud build us a new stadium because that is where the money lies.
