Insua could be staying?
| By Liam Riddle (Other posts by Liam Riddle) |
Recently Many sources have reported that Insua’s move could be on the ice due to his wage demands. Personally i hope the deal falls through he is 21-22 and had an above average season in my eyes considering he got thrown into the Premier league with no real experience. Give it 2-3 years he’ll be a starter for Argentina and if he does leave give it 5 years before we’re linked to buy him back again for £15m. Will not surprise me. I’d love him to stay as then we only need to buy one more left back and were set for defense…nearly.
Anyway here’s the story

Will he have any other players that speak Spanish to hang out with once Woy’s finished his clearout? Think Figueroa could prove the better player, he did pretty well after being ‘thrown in’ to the Premier League
lets face it this kid is not good enough to wear a red shirt, hes to slow cant pass cant defend, over weight and as for last season he didnt have one good game. not good enough lets make sure this deal goes through
your crackers! 2 seasons ago I watched Insua get torn apart in the reserves last and I watched on season as he got torn apart in the prem. He was responsible directly or indirectly for so many of our goals conceded last season and if I had to stick my neck out would say Rafa would probably still be in a job if this liability had not been playing. He has no sense of danger, positional sense and above all lacks pace which is a must for every top four premiership side.
Chelsea- boswinga- cole
Manutd – brown, Evra
Arsenal sagna-cliche
LIVERPOOL Johnson-Insua. With these two in our back four expect fireworks again next season.
Joe Cole can play left back. I think that’s Woy’s secret weapon for next season.
Joe cole would never play left back for us, we need a new ALONSO why we sold him who knows who did we buy in return ?
But gerrard torres n cole upfront what deffence is stoping them ?
Cole at LB ? No way…. Insua needs to Go and we need to bring in Proven quality Left backs in a hurry.. Roy has done a fansastic job so far. Keep it up Roy.
