all you scum fans : That’s how you get rid of the yanks.
    Pride, Passion
and a Love for your club. Not with plastic flags, fans and Norwich city
    kits !! Y N W A

  2. It must have hurt quite a lot, for the ‘Mail Online’, among some others and, with the ‘Sun Paper’ leading the scavengers, to publish this great result, after all their anti LFC comments, that’s been published, over these last few years. Now let em all eat, ‘Humble Pie’ !!!!1

  3. i have tears in my eyes now. I love our team song. NOW G & H can go and take a long walk home. The future’s bright . WELL DONE TO ALL.

    NESV are Yanks…

And let’s not forget the last lot came in with a strong and “respected” history of sports club ownership. No chickens being counted from my side. Especially as while NESV said they won’t load any borrowing on the club – I understand that they will still be borrowing to finance their purchase. This is ANOTHER FALSE DAWN if they don’t trump up the cash for players – and more importantly right now – A NEW MANAGER! This “polyfiller” (brought on the steady the ship) manager has actually widened the cracks – ROY! You’ve had 4 months to work with top international players – if you can’t get your message across in that time then time for you to join G&H, AND GET OUT OF OUT CLUB!

As to NESV’s John Henry, just cos he’s been advised by his PR team to follow the SOS twitter page and tweet his congratulations to the supporters for their efforts in ridding G&H from the club doesn’t mean he gets my vote. He needs to start talking quick smart about how much money is going to be made available for rebuilding the squad, what the stadium plans are, and what the implications of the financing they are taking to buy the club will have on the funds available for all this.

    RE: Lim

The reason ManU have grown their revenue in recent decades has been a focus on the emerging Asian markets and I truly think if we continue to turn a blind eye to the massive support and potential revenue we have there – with passionately genuine L’pool fans – we will miss yet another opportunity. The 21st Century is the Asian century not the USA’s. Plus the US does not have access to billions, yes billions, of potential fans who ALREADY LIKE FOOTBALL! Not a country who offers us a few hundred thousand – AT BEST – who have to be persuaded out of the perception that football is game played by girls or a distant cousin with special needs but a world wide phenomenon far greater than one that consists of trying to throw a ball – very fast – into someone’s oversized (to make it easier to catch) glove.

Obviously don’t know all the details of the Lim bid but for many reasons I would like to know more about why we are going back across the pond again in very similar circumstances, after so much heartache these last few yrs.
