I had to bring this thing up because a reported Liverpool and Utd target was announced a Man Utd player on his wiki page for it to be removed 5 minutes later.
I recieved a phone call from a very good friend of mine who sadly happens to be a Man Utd fan, telling me that David Silva has joined them and told me to check it. I had to do so and i saw it with my eyes, a statement read, “He has signed a 5-year contract with English side Manchester United. Details to follow.” I thought hard about this and was never convinced with the story. He then checked 5 minutes later and told me it has been removed.
It was a big relief that United hadn’t signed this wonderkid, but it is not the first time a site is hacked. AC Milan’s official website announced the signing of Giussepe Rossi and removed it literally SECONDS later, it was later confirmed that their website had been hacked by opposing supporters (Inter?)

wiki paged can be edited by the public… so if it was only on his wikipedia page, then somebody probably just posted false info…. if someone does this, moderators will adjust false info…..
Next thing you know on Franck Ribéry’s page it will say he signed with Milan.
Anyone can edit on Wikipedia, maybe it was your friend who did it? :-)
now says he a liverpool player
Yes i know but it is one person ho went through this because the wiki founder needs to accept the edit before it is posted, see that is why it was hacked.
Gotta love man utd – despite recent news:-)
