Beating Everton makes my week!

It’s always good to get a win, look at the relegation clubs, and see they’d take our record. But I think beating Craperton is even better. It’s just one of those of wins, that makes even the most depressed guy very happy. (Not that I’m the most depressed guy). Yes, it’s a hated derby (typing that, I’m saying it the way it’s supposed to, not my American way) and Everton has been crap for years.

Could this be the kick in the pants that makes the club get their winning ways back? I hope so because it would be even a sweater win. Think about that Everton’s season goes in the dumper and we ascend back to where we are supposed to be, which in reality this season is above anything Spurs do. Then again that’s not what we should be going for, we should be going for the top, but I won’t get into that.

Plus Sammy Lee is a better person/gaffer/explayer than Harry Redknapp. But I’m not getting into that debate in this blog, maybe later.

Oh and Dirk Kuyt is now a legend! Leave him in the growing list of legends at Anfield, and maybe now he’s one of the top 10 strikers in the history of the club. (Yes Torres is higher)

Strikers –

1) King Kenny
2) John Toshack
3) Kevin Keegan
4) Ian Rush
5) Michael Owen
6) Robbie Fowler
7) Torres
8) Dirk Kuyt
9) John Aldridge
10) David Johnson
