Does Liverpool have the most rivals in all of Football?

Being a Liverpool fan, do you/we hate the most teams of any other club in the world? I have no issue hating other clubs, in fact that’s what makes me so happy about fandom. The fact that as a fan you can go into a match, and know that you just outright hate the other club, is a good thing. It makes the atmosphere so much better. Yes part of it brings in the hooligans, but that really only happens at Millwall, Leeds, and West Spam United.

My list of hated teams

1) Everton
2) Manure (Man U)
3) Chelsea
4) Spurs
5) West Spam United (I just universally hate them)

I wanted to put Arsenal down, but as much as I could hate them, they seem to wuss out at the end of the season. I tend to think of them as just the little club that complains too much. Really, do they do anything for the league? Not really.

Part of me can’t wait when the debts get called on Manure, because they can stop being so good, or so cocky. Being an American, I’m asked if I like Man U, and of course I say no. The faster they go away, the better. They’ll never become Bolton or Hull, but one can hope.

And Chelsea, well they are everything that is bad about the sport. They’re just a bunch of overpaid, hyper active jerks. Oh and they have their own diving team too. It’s like the soccer world wants them to be good so we can talk about them and their sleeping with each others wives.

Everton, yeah well that’s all I have to say about that.

  1. I think the only teams most fans can agree on are Everton, Manure and Chelsea. And not the other two that you hate. I, for one, am apathetic towards Spurs and I like West Ham. My hated also clubs include Bolton, Villa and City.

    I don’t really hate any of the other teams, I just don’t like them, but I don’t waste time on hating them. Man United I can’t help it, they are one of the reason why football these days are all about money and not passion, their financial doping are polution to the game and the reason why we did the same to keep up. God I hate them and all the god damn glory hunters!

  6. I may sound a bit out of chorus here but I really don’t hate any other team. I have a deep love affair with the Reds which has developed and blossomed since my childhood.
    I don’t envy any other team either because Liverpool’s heritage is priceless and no Abramovich or Mansour can buy you that….just like love.
    Obviously I always want the Reds to prevail so if it comes to Man Utd winning another PL or a CL Final for that matter, I tend to get a but hype and hope they don’t achieve their goals.
    I just want the Reds to remain the most successful club in England!

    2. Chelsea (for me they are the “personification” of pure hate)
    3. Manchester United
    4. West Ham United
    5. Manchester City
    6. Aston Villa

    I know you’re going to punish me for this, but I don’t really hate Everton. Not so much to put them on the list. Well, all my hate I spend for Chelsea & ManUtd.

  16. after all this hatred ..could anybody please clear the air..and give a post of players who they would LOVE to see starting at liverpool fc..(even choice from liverpool reserves allowed..)..

    No $40m players please..maxm of $20m cost..and a total expenditure of $30m allowed..(i mean last summer we spent close to that amount didn’t we..?)

    RAFA keeps saying he has eyes on a 100 youngsters and when it came down to making a deal he keeps making errors..and says “Where do we find another player like Torres?”..
    Sure, Torres is unreplaceable, but a lot of guys are close..so we can give our shot..and hope RAFA sees some..

    So common anybody game for it ..fast..??
